lewis p
Club panels... So for anyone not aware the club has done a deal with Dave Deakin to be the only stockist of his Manta / Cav / Ascona repair panels..... We have had an offer offer of help for storage and distribution of these but in the meantime if anyone requires anything let me know. Club members get 10% off the prices displayed but they are plus postage. Also Roofskins these have been available to order for 2 years but we need a minimum order of 10 and at least deposits paid for it to be able to go ahead and we have had 2. So if anyone is interested again get in touch. Also lower rear 1/4 panel repair sections should be available fairly soon.
®evo03
Has anyone used the inner guard closing panels, or know how they are formed? Wooden dye? is there alot of tidying and shaping before fitting, as the look slightly rough. Couldn't think of the word, unfinished. Jonathan Pounsett
I’d like a roof skin for a coupe but I fear my deposit will just disappear for months, possibly years.

Seems the club money is best spent on other things

From all reports they fit very well obviously being a remanufactured part there may be some adjustments to do and they are very good but to have factory quality pressing would probably double the price etc but far easier and better than making them from scratch and cutting out of a doner car isn't an option anymore really. 11 hours ago, Jonathan Pounsett said: I’d like a roof skin for a coupe but I fear my deposit will just disappear for months, possibly years. This is part of the problem with the system we need enough orders to get them produced... The club can afford to stump up 6k and possibly be stuck with 8 roof skins
