Yesterday we received the first seat, which was covered by a saddler.
We are having 5 pairs made. The price has not yet been calculated before questions arise

What do you think of the look?

Nice seats, manta B floors have a raised section, I think it is for gearbox mount or exhaust clearance, a pain really.

Be nice to get the seat mounted lower.

I was lucky enough to buy original blitz material about twenty years ago.

The remade material is completely different.

Hard to beat a nice Recaro, and would imagine would sell, as fitted to alot of retro cars, and would sell...... Sell out.

LX seats are just not available, that is the problem going that route.

thanks for your comments.
in the first picture the fabric looks very grey, but that's just from the flash of the camera. We have the fabric made in germany and have used an original 400 series interior as a sample for the fabric. we have come very close to the original, but it is not 100% possible because the yarns were different 40 years ago. this fabric cannot be compared with the fabric that comes from turkey. the base for the seat is from ‘BRIDE’. but you can only see that from the lettering in the plastic bushings for the safety belt

Regards

Sven
