CRAZYDAVE
Looks fairly solid no sunroof. One to view could be a good one
Rapierdave
Although it needs a complete re-spray i'll bet its quite a solid car & would make a good project for some one. Unfortunately i think at a starting bid of £1000 its a tad overpriced
spiney_norman
I was quite interested until I saw the price. I've only ever seen one other V reg Cav coupe, this one must have sat around for a long time before being registered. If it's as solid as it's claimed then it's a great project for someone. Personally I'd get it tested and run it as is, but I've got a bit of a thing for scruffs

MANTAMAN
No Bids by the time the auction ended, wonder what price you could negotiate if you contacted the seller? ( spinney norman ) I've got a bit of a thing for scruffs I would never have guessed !!!
oldwheels
If it was in Cornwall it would be parked on my driveway now, sadly to far for me to travel or to arrange a collection, I will keep looking
Sutty2006
Looks like a nice easy project. Replace all the fuel lines, tyres and get the carb running. Quick check over for MOT and send it in! Shame its ended and its too far away at the moment.

Shame its ended and its too far away at the moment. Yes providing of course its not a rot box. One persons description can be deceiving lets say. If that was absolutely solid and no welding needed to floor or chassis, I would be making an offer and having that. Nasty feedback on a van they sold recently, but may not be their fault of course. I'd go and see it if it wasn't too far away to be disappointed. Tony

tony g
I had a message with the owner. Bit of a one word answer type. Some nasty feedback on a van a month or so ago. Definately needs to be viewed in person IMO. If its still there next week I might take a trip Tony
