definately doable without removing the tank yes.

when you do the fuel feed pipe its in the centre at the bottom and is also in a tight spot !  you may need to undo the tank and lift it slightly. ( also and obviously you need a empty tank / catch the remains from under the car from the hose )!

rest of nylon pipe to front should be fine ( you say yours is metal at the front up the chassis so someone may have already replaced it ? )

Are rear quarter light opening type window seals available anywhere?

I have a good used set fitted but new would be even better!

I’ve started the process of getting some made by a specialist, a prototype first min production run would be 20 sets if anyone is interest.

Hi

I'm interested in how far you got with this.

I managed to split one of mine when I moved it to access one of the rocker cover bolts as it seemed to be leaking a bit.

I think I've got away with trimming the end and refitting this time but don't know how long it will last.

Cheers!

I can't answer for Ian, however I did bookmark a link someone posted on FB a while back (sorry I can't recall who for the credit :( )  https://www.venhill.co.uk/bespoke/

I have not contacted them myself (yet) but do intend too for some custom hoses

Yes, even if unit price after that was ok you'd need to know a few others definitely wanted them before committing to that. It appears someone tried before but didn't get enough interest 😞

I saw someone else made some up with 13mm ID silicone hoses and kink prevention springs in the bends.

I'm thinking I will give that a go.

Cheers

Chris

Quick update, replaced the leaky heater matrix and all good, sadly the rubber cover is falling apart, does anyone have a decent one they would sell?

Found some time today to do some work on the car, fitted some new fuel hoses ethanol proof and took off the front bumper to get at rust around indicators thankfully it’s only surface rust. One lens was cracked and reflector was shot, after a rummage found some nos in my pile of spares…..

just for good measure and safety. check your new hoses after a few months and they maybee yearly after that just to be 100% sure they are ok. there are a lot of fakes out there which are not what they claim to be !

Good advice having a carb over the exhaust was never a good thing.

And these came from edeschmeide so should be genuine at their prices 😂
