audi 80 2.3 same year (1985-7) as other audi front discs (256mm) used in conversions are 282mm in size and require same engineering to fit as the said (256mm) other discs but have same off set as (256mm).

use vectra five stud calipers but weld a 15mm piece of square steel onto bottom arms to cut lock to lock down or brake pipe goes into spring on full lock.

good brakes if used correctly but need 15 inch wheels or larger to cover them.

use brakes international on line web to see discs stated.

am really looking for a straight fit to be honest don't mind about redrilling the discs but don't want to have to mess about with the calipers and put spacers on. If the V6 calipers will do the job and they are 284mm discs I will go for it but from looking on line they look like they take a bigger disc and some others take a smaller.

Not sure Cav turbo brakes are up to that either.

TJM sell a brake kit that fits under 15" motorsport wheels but deep pockets are required.

I think that cav turbo with red stuff pads would be better than the standard A series I have at the moment lol.

the 2.6 V6 Vectra has 308mm discs and the 2.5 V6 has 284mm discs

I used the early Calibra Turbo caliper with the 54mm piston, I tried the v6 caliper with the 57mm piston and it hits the lower suspension on a B series ,not tried them on the A. The discs I used were the Sierra Cosworth 2wd 284mm diameter ,they will need re drilling and the center boring out.IMAG0129.jpg

I hope this helps, not sure if they will stop a 350hp A series  but they work well on my 16v coupe.

Don't suppose you have the early calibra calipers for sale do you :). They will work better than the standard brakes I have at the moment mate.
