Paul Barrett
I have all the rubber from PEE in bits atmo. I know I have two of the matrix cover rubbers somewhere too.
ANDY ABBOTT
I was lucky enough to find a new old stock one at the VBOA show this year. Willing to borrow it out if anyone wants to get it copied.

mepbowles
If Andy has a NOS one that's obviously the best to copy for the heater matrix cover. Some of mine are in decent condition, probably good enough for scanning, let me know what you need and I can fish them out of storage/the car. The joy of 3D printing from CAD files is that you can flip the model for LHD, provided it's the same layout but just reversed.
Jessopia74
Indeed, other option is ability to produce in TW/China to OEM rather than print if we have a CAD and I am happy to help with this as an option once someone has a CAD

Hi Andy, my chap at work will scan this for free I can then share the cad file for a decision on how best to make them, we just need to get a decent one scanned. if you pm me I will sent my address. I’ve had these guys recommended by my work, with a scan file they would be able to quote. https://www.protolabs.com 2

Sutty2006
I’ll have another look for mine, I tried to find it not long ago and couldn’t. It’ll be in a box somewhere.
®evo03
I have a few mint ones but postage would be very difficult, and would be afraid of damage. Would imagine it would be hard to scan, when off a car, it looses shape. It's it being 3d printed in plastic or something else?

Materials to be decided I have a company set up to go and advise I’m even willing to fund prototypes to get it right but I just need a sample to work from, if it helps I’m west Yorkshire based but get down to midlands twice a week 1 minute ago, IanG said: Materials to be decided I have a company set up to go and advise I’m even willing to fund prototypes to get it right but I just need a sample to work from, if it helps I’m west Yorkshire based but get down to midlands twice a week Also have manufacturing contacts in China if that is needed

It's probably best to post it attached to the heater matrix box. Pics of mine for reference. Any advances on these? The rest in storage.
