hoobby
These gaskets are normally cork about 5mm thick there are some available on eBay.

Sutty2006
As above, use an ethanol resistant gasket.
611
I had the same issue with mine and tried two new cork gaskets and still had the issue (even with bolt holes sealed) so i bought some fuel resistant rubber and made one. I kept the bolt holes small so it was very tight on the bolt and didn't need to seal them on this one and its been leak free ever since. I thought i popped some info up on my blog. I will have a look and see if i can find what the rubber was. Andy

mcintbg
Thanks for all the help. Went with the cork one off ebay and a generous helping of wellseal to all surfaces as well as my hands, glasses and hair. All good so far filled to the brim. 1
