I bought this about a year ago from a lad who had a Manta GTE for sale but when I saw the 400r i decided to buy it instead as most of the donkey work had been done ie the kit was fitted, there had been an engine transplant so this would save me a great deal of time, I had a couple of mishaps with it but it's getting there now.

This is how I bought it with most of the parts required in boxes.

My main problem was the hole in the roof, the lad had cut it out to put a panoramic style roof in it but according to the Glaziers who were to do the job, they said it couldn't be done .
