I keep asking via the contact page but never get a response. The money was taken from my PayPal at the time of purchase. Has anyone else had similar issues. Irmscher Man Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 I think you missed out on the Christmas deadline, so your order went into the batch for the start of 2024. I've checked and it is in the run that is being packed and sorted at the moment. I only usually process orders once a month, and january is always a quiet month (2 or 3 orders only).
