Mickfrad
This classic car dealer is local to me so I follow his twitter. He has this nice looking i240 coming soon. Will probably be top money but they don't come up very often. Will be interesting to see when it comes up on his site as he does a video walk round of the cars. NEIL W
Strange it has a factory sunroof - thought they were all solid roofs mmmm Options show 400 spoiler & double headlights but don't see a sunroof ( Sonnendach ) Edited October 10, 2014 by NEIL W
Ems
It has standard GTE recaros as well- didn't all i240's come with the 400 road kit and blitz interior?
smiffy220
I don't know so much about the i240's, but wouldn't they have had the Blitz interior also? I can't blow it up too big, but that looks check to me is it?
Mickfrad
That would be a shame if it's not original. I was only looking on my phone so didn't notice the sunroof. In an earlier post they were collecting it from Scotland. So maybe someone on here will know more. https://twitter.com/kgfclassiccars/status/510698715750100992 Edited October 10, 2014 by Mickfrad

Mickfrad
That might explain this later post Dosnt say it's connected though. https://twitter.com/kgfclassiccars/status/511085993232187393 I'm sure someone can post the pictures rather than my links. Still a nice looking car. Edited October 10, 2014 by Mickfrad

ascona400r
So basically its a GT/E which has been replicated to look like an i240, and the only similarities between it and a genuine i240 are the decals.......
smiffy220
Steady on dave,I know it's probably a copy but to want to blow it up is a bit extreme !!! LOL Maybe you could sell him your Blitz seats Brian!!

Rapierdave
I know it's not an i240 but looking at the resto thread it looks a really nice car. Was it never offered for sale within the OMOC community because thats a shame if it wasn't as then we could have all saved paying the dealers profit margin
tony g
Whatever it is its probably twice the price of what they paid for it. Tony
