®evo03
See that wee drain hole on top inner corner of the chassis, put a plug in it. It's a drain into your chassis legs, genius design by Opel to make you buy a calibra in 10yrs time. A seal from the door pin will work, with some tiger seal for extra protection. Honestly what where they thinking🤔 You could fill with cavity protection before sealing. And yes there is the same hole on other chassis leg which drains even more water.

It just comes in small diameter that can be heated and then bent/manipulated & soldered. would allow you to fabricate something. 1
1200bandit
Having a rethink on the f##cing hatefully headlight adjustment holder The problem is getting the adjusted secured to the headlights and the body but they have to adjust Got to try this ( have done a little Monck up with bits l found in the garage) brake pipe flatten then rapped around the head brackets, solder a 6 mm copper pipe to the brake pipe (put some play-doe around the bottom of 6 mm pipe) Will tap out a 7 mm into the 6 mm pipe before soldering on the brake pipe Fit 7 mm rod onto brackets, the springs l have fit very nicely on the 6 mm pipe Hopefully this will work as l have already ordered the bits Some photos of the Monck up (the bolt is a 7 mm which will not get used ) Project images are available to Club Members Only, Click to become an OMOC Member.
