Now if it was a Deltic engine I would have been drooling.

Got my phone working again, went to the car tonight after finishing work @ 0200, damn too cold  to work there, came back to my warmish room. I will get some piccies on the phone and upload today or tomorrow morn.

Photo's added just for you Clive ;)

I had a bit of a diary going on my old laptop RIP :( before I broke it, and was going to copy and paste on to here, including photos. I will have to try and recover it all at a later date. To top it off my camera on the phone is playing up.

Quick update.

1. Front Axle refitted poly bushed (thanks TJM for the kits)

3. Should get my rear axle back from powdercoating next week (only 12 months :o )

4. Should get Silicon hoses manufactured this week.

A Bit of a tight fit near back of inlet for the heater hose.

5. I have refitted original wing mirrors due to money and time restraints, will change at a later date.

6. Fuel Tank coated internally with Slosh Tank seal kit. (very messy, and went off quicker than expected  )

7. Replacement loom fitted (thanks Snapper09).

Rob

I think I need a steady hand and better camera technique :unsure::ph34r:

My Drivers side engine mount is stretching and looks like the rubber might come away from the metal mount surround.

What is the best after market mount to fit to this side?

Fit a pair of pearl parts em672 cotton reel engine mounts.

Kev is it this type http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-ESCORT-MK-2-FRONT-ENGINE-MOUNTING-PAIR-QH-/120559562023?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c11e8ed27

Can you get hold of the pearl parts em672, as I have looked and can't find them. are they the 50 mm thick ones I have got a rally design escort mount on the nearside mount.

I just use a pair of the rally design ones, at £6 each you can't go wrong, and the dimensions are close enough to be fine

Just needs tidying up around the vents, Hope to finally get rear axle back after 12 months, from powdercoated, next week.

Silicon hoses should be completed by weekend.

Now going to try and find my spring for column so I can fit and forget the column.
