My 1.8s for Sale

Recommended Posts

I'd not get bored of it, very nice car.

I would personally keep it as original as possible but if you want more power you could go red top or even look at a Saab lump as some are doing.

Good luck with the sale.

GTE decals aside, it does look very nice with the Exclusive Ronals on it.

Apart from keeping it original, rather than dropping a 16V in, I'd be tempted by a SRi130 lump. Would look almost OEM and a useful 35BHP increase.

So do you think the parts just fitted themselves to the car ? or all the parts I fitted were free?

How dare I try to make a profit !!!!

Also going to get rid of a BMW 2002 Touring and  Fiat 850 Coupe soon

will post links up on the weekend

Some nice cars there! good luck with the sales.

I am trying to sell a Manta at the moment and the market is very slow indeed and full of messers.

Well if I count everything together what I'v done on the GSI, buying the car, all the body panels, chassis repair parts and interior parts and the paintjob (this all not included in my topic"Swan neck") and yet all the work you can see in my topic. Will be at least 15.000€, without counting the hours of work. So Sid, the car is not cheap, but it's worth it...

Both really nice cars Sid, I had a 996 GT3 gen 2 for a few years, amazing car but cashed in when the market was hot, do miss it sometimes tho. Good luck with the sale of all of the cars.

Good luck with the sale of your Porsches...they certainly cost a lot to maintain.
