Rapierdave
Here is the car when it was up for sale in October last year. Apparently sold for £8500 then https://mantaclub.org/forums/topic/44621-18s-berlinetta-coupesilver/

TheRealExile
I'd not get bored of it, very nice car. I would personally keep it as original as possible but if you want more power you could go red top or even look at a Saab lump as some are doing. Good luck with the sale. Monaco Blue
GTE decals aside, it does look very nice with the Exclusive Ronals on it. Apart from keeping it original, rather than dropping a 16V in, I'd be tempted by a SRi130 lump. Would look almost OEM and a useful 35BHP increase. Sid
So do you think the parts just fitted themselves to the car ? or all the parts I fitted were free? How dare I try to make a profit !!!! https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1120790 I have this also selling at a 10k loss would you like to comment on that? https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1170827 Had this 13 years brought it for 5k Any comments? I am trying to sell a Manta at the moment and the market is very slow indeed and full of messers.
starmist
Wasn't trying to be funny, it is nice to make money on a car rather than a car depreciating. Probably should have worded it differently so as not to offend.
Sid
Thanks that's all cleared up now I feel better now
H-400
Well if I count everything together what I'v done on the GSI, buying the car, all the body panels, chassis repair parts and interior parts and the paintjob (this all not included in my topic"Swan neck") and yet all the work you can see in my topic. Will be at least 15.000€, without counting the hours of work. So Sid, the car is not cheap, but it's worth it...
Mickfrad
Made it as classified of the week. With a nice write up. Jessopia74
Sid, how did you find the Ashley downpipe fit? I know some say the 16v version hits the subframe rear legs
Sid
The downpipe was a very good fit as was the rest of the system ,could have done with another 2" on the downpipe to middle box pipe
